When you arrive

A lot of people don’t like going to the dentist and we understand that. We hope to make it easier for you.

We have a patient lounge where you can feel at home. Take the couch or another comfortable chair, help yourself to a glass of spring water, then settle down to read the paper, a book, a new magazine . . . or maybe try a puzzle. Or  just sit and enjoy the original artwork and breathe in the aromatherapy oils.

Your first appointment

Your dentist will have time to discuss any  problems and concerns you may have, and explain a range of options  – without the jargon, of course! – so you can make a confident decision about what is best for you.

For your first visit, please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete a short medical questionnaire that will help us understand what you would like us to do for you and the frustrations you may have had previously.
